Samstanling Monastery 

Samstanling Monastery was founded by Lama Tsultim Nima almost 140 years ago, and is home to around 50 monks. 

Samstanling Monastery is a famous tourist attraction in Nubra Valley, and is quite significant for the locals too, as it is the main monastery of the region.

Diskit Gompa

The Diskit monastery was constructed during the 14th century by Changzem Tserab Zangpo. 
The main and unique attraction of Diskit monastery is a gigantic statue of Lord Buddha 

Panamik Village 

Surrounded by snow capped mountains, the green valley of Panamik is a sight to behold. The village stands on the banks of Nubra River.

Yarab Tso Lake 

The lake consists of crystal-clear water, and perfectly reflects its surroundings. The remote location no doubt adds to its mystique and beauty. 

Ensa Gompa

This monastery lies on top of a rock from where tourists can catch a glimpse of the beautiful snow clad peaks of the Nubra Valley.
